- aunch - Install and launch the HasOffers Mobile Publisher Dashboard App.
- Select - Once the application loads you will be presented with two options, 'Sync Network' and 'View Tutorial'. Please tap the 'Sync Network' option. This will launch the QR Scanner.
- Scan - Use the QR Code Generator below to create a single use, network specific QR Code and scan this code with the built-in QR Code Scanner.
- Sync - Your network is now synced!
